When the guarantee starts

Our 30-Day Quality Guarantee starts on the date you receive and sign for your delivery. Keep the delivery receipt or courier record showing when you signed for the shipment.

Materials to provide

Please include all the following so we can understand your shipment and the issue:

• Order number
• Delivery receipt or courier record showing the date and time you signed for the shipment
• Photos showing the exterior condition of the parcel when received
• Photos of the shipping carton or box
• Clear photos of the damaged products
• Video showing the damage or quality issue
• A clear description of each issue and the affected quantity

Replacement, refund and other arrangements

We review quality issues with you and agree on a suitable solution, which may include replacement goods or a refund. Serious damage may be addressed with a replacement shipment. If you do not want a replacement, contact customer service to discuss a refund or another arrangement. The resolution is agreed case by case. Please agree on return arrangements with us before sending any goods back. Keep the products and packaging while the issue is being reviewed.
