A supplier quote is an offer with a scope. Two prices can look comparable while describing different goods or services. Start with one buying brief, then create a column for each supplier and a row for each decision below. This is a practical comparison aid, not a promise that any one offer is the best choice.
Six rows for your quotation comparison
Product match
Check the model or assortment, specification revision and any stated exceptions. Keep substitutions visible.
Quantity basis
Compare the same quantity and selling unit. Check minimums, packs and whether an assortment is being quoted.
Included items
Record packaging and requested extras separately. Ask whether each is included, additional or unavailable.
Delivery scope
Write the destination and the services covered. If shipping is not confirmed, leave it as unknown rather than zero.
Timing & validity
Separate preparation from transport estimates. Record the quote validity and any conditions that affect availability.
Order arrangements
Compare payment stages, quality checks and the proposed process for resolving differences. Confirm unclear terms in writing.
Two offers, one unresolved comparison
- 01
Offer A: goods only
The quote covers the items. Freight and destination delivery remain unconfirmed. Its displayed amount is not a complete delivery comparison.
- 02
Offer B: goods + specified transport
The quote includes a named transport service. Ask exactly where that service ends and what remains outside the offer.

Buyer questions
Is the lowest unit price always the best wholesale offer?
A unit price alone does not describe the product, quantity or included services. First check whether the offers cover the same requirements, then assess the differences that matter to your business.
Should I compare mixed wholesale bags with exact-style bags?
You can consider both buying models, but label the difference. A random assortment and a selectable model serve different inventory plans; do not treat them as identical products because both are bags.
